How to Do Sarvangasana:
- Lie down flat on your back.
- Slowly raise both legs upward.
- Bend your elbows and place your hands on either side of your waist.
- Using your elbows for support, lift your waist and legs upward so that your body forms a straight line.
- In the 90-degree position, your big toes should align with your head.
- Keep your chin tucked into your chest and hold the pose. Repeat three times.
If you find it difficult at first, try doing it with your legs supported against a wall. With time and practice, you can master the correct form of Sarvangasana.
